"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."
