"George and his team did a great job gut-renovating my New York City apartment. George guided me through the entire renovation process from the initial design to handling DOB permits/inspections to the actual construction and everything in between. He and his crew are top-notch - they are by the far the best contracting company I've worked with. The quality of their work is fantastic, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am particularly happy with the flooring, tiling, and painting that they did. I always receive compliments from visitors on how nice everything looks in my apartment post-renovation. Price-wise, Elite Tech is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their prices are fair and they do NOT cut corners. A few times George was not entirely satisfied with how some part of the renovation came out and would re-do it even though everything looked great to me. He treated my apartment renovation as if he were re-doing his own home. If any issues came up (as is normal for renovations), George would immediately notify me and provide multiple solutions. He has seen and fixed it all! It's worth noting that George is ridiculously responsive via phone, email, and text. I was always able to get in contact with him even when he was busy traveling. I am very thankful that I chose Elite Tech for my renovation."

"After an extensive investigation taking into account online feedback/reviews and speaking to other construction firms, I decided on Nunez Construction to fully renovate my entire house consisting of three separate apartments. Efren (the owner) was able to fully understand the work required and also suggested additional modifications; some requiring no additional cost which made quite a difference to the appearance and functionality of the units. It was quite evident that he was extremely knowledgeable on all types of challenges and knew exactly how they should be handled which he was able to explain to me in the simplest terms. "Mario was able to provide an itemized estimate for kitchen remodeling. We added the floor and moulding afterwards since the first estimate was very reasonable and within budget. They were able to work during the week of Christmas and they were punctual from start time to end of day. They cleaned up after every work day. Our renovation was put on hold due to some building repairs and we were advised by Mario that it was best to put our renovation on hold until repairs are complete. Once we were able to resume renovations, Mario and his team were able finish work within 2 weeks."

"They came for the estimate. I recieved the estimate and was going to hire them for part of the work. However, I left multiple messages and my calls, text and emails were not returned. Guess they only want big jobs and $5300 in work is just a drop in the bucket to them. There should be a category for those Contractors who will only take jobs above a certain price range so we both don't waste our time."
