"Start to finish a great company to work with. Jeff came out after I called the main office and provided a no-pressure / no-upsell proposal. Jeff helped work with our insurance adjustor to correct errors in the adjustor's estimate for the re-roof. The crew arrived on the scheduled day with everything they needed to do the job. They protected our deck, planters, air conditioner, etc with tarps to prevent damage during the re-roof. The crew had the old roofing stripped-off and replaced with new shingles in less than 8 hours. Clean-up was immaculate. The only way you could tell that they had been there at the end of the day was the beautiful new roofing. Dealing with Veronica in the office was also very pleasant. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"Overall the projects went well and we are pleased with how things look and seem to be functioning. As can happen in life there was some miscommunication, specifically regarding the gutters, but Montell Construction was great at working through that with us which speaks highly of them, I think. Our only criticism would be about cleanliness. The rooms that had access to the attic had a solid film of insulation over everything after that was installed and took some time to clean. We ended up cleaning a lot of roof debris that fell through a vent in our kitchen multiple time even after we made the crew aware of what was happening. We also spent an evening cleaning up our yard of roof debris about a week after the project. Granted most of it was smaller stuff but it was still somewhat disappointing. So criticism aside, every person I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They were extremely accommodating to our schedules when it came to meetings and were always available for communication. Pricing seemed very fair for the amount of things we had done. We are pleased with quality of the product used for the roof, research suggested it was good stuff. The house and garage look very nice. I would recommended them and would use them again.

"Home Pro Remod showed up in the morning They had a dumpster in place the previous dayâ ¦Josh and his team removed 3 layers of old shingles..They had to replace some old wood..They installed a brand new roof; with asphalt shingles, in less than 10 hoursâ ¦The entire area was cleaned up; with new roof in place!!! "The team was professional and prompt. We were able to monitor some of the siding installation, and when we were not happy with the alignment, they removed and reinstalled. Being extremely hesitant to have siding placed on our house to begin with, we wanted to ensure it looked as good as it could. The only downside was that there was more painting to be done on the remaining and/or new wood installations remaining after installation than we anticipated. To be clear we were not mislead by the company. It was just a miscommunication. The roof repair was done a few months later to remedy a faulty installation (by another company) around our chimney area. The crew was very professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Some additional issues were found during the repair. We were informed ahead of time that this was a possibility. They were quick to address it. We have been happy with the results."
