"Sal amazed us. Hiring contractors is funny business. If you have an older home, you have probably had mixed experiences. Certainly everyone has heard, or experienced, a horror story. "I hired Horatio for a total renovation of a condo unit. He met me a the unit the day i contacted him ,and provided a quotation which never increased or changed. Project consisted of bathroom & kitchen renovation (new shower, vanity, kitchen cabinets, etc.), hardwood floors, popcorn ceiling removal, patching and painting. Horatio and his skilled team were exceptional. Very professional, and overall did a great job. Horatio takes great pride in his work and will make suggestions that the average homeowner wouldn't think of, even if it means more work for his team.
