"BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS Express Fencing was exemplary , from the owner, Jenk to the four installers , They went above and beyond in every capacity. I did my homework and got four estimates. Express fencing was competitive with other quotes but offered to do extras , like adapt the fence around my pool heater gas line, straighten out existing fence on one side of yard which was not being replaced , and also fix a gate. I felt that Jenk was honest with his quote right from the start which was not the case with others. The fence looks amazing, perfectly straight and level, which was not easy in my yard around the pool. The actual material of vinyl fencing looks to be of high quality and their workmanship was perfect. The installers, who were polite, prompt and professional worked from daylight to dark (had to put my outside lights on) to get the job done in one day so I would not be inconvenienced a second day. Jenk came by as they finished to make sure the install was perfect and personally put the caps on the posts, then helped to make sure the yard was completely clean. I cannot say enough about what a great job Express fencing did. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND HAVE DONE SO ALREADY ."

"Reasonably well, once the boss arrived. They charge by the truckload, at $600 per truckload and send a crew of three guys. When they started, they were not packing the truck tightly at all and my wife mentioned this to them. The initial crew was college kids working for the summer, and they told her that there was no reason for them to pack it any tighter! When my wife poitned out the obvious, that it was costing us more and that she wanted them to re-pack, the crew leader suggested calling the boss, and my wife readily agreed. When he arrived he was courteous and professional and made a deal with us to charge for no more than two and one-half truckloads. This seemed reasonable to us. They guys were then very helpful and courteous as they worked to throw out our old refrigerator/ freezer, which took some doing. They arranged for the recycle guy to come and pick up the metal appliances.
They also came back the following morning as promised to pick up remaining items. The crew leader told us that if they forgot anything, to call them and it would be part of the job. When I discovered that they (and me) forgot about items on the outside side of their house, I called and left one message asking them to return, but they did not. I did not call them again, as we were caught up in more moving details. I felt that they did a reasonable job, but I wish they would have done so from the start without prompting -- I had several harried, excited phone calls from my wife while I was driving to our NJ home.
The boss/ owner is good -- I recommend dealing directly with him if possible, and otherwise escalating to him if issues arise.
They did make themselves available on one day's notice, when we needed them -- our initial plans for clean-out fell through, and they had the crew at our place the next day. This is appreciated.

"When I moved some clothing racks away from a wall, I discovered it was full of cracks. I first called a company that did painting and repairs. They quite responsibly told me that this might be outside their expertise and suggested I call a contractor. I called one and emailed another, but couldn't get someone to come out. Paragon was my third contractor and turned out to be the charm. I consequently can't rate whether the price was good or not because I have nothing​ to compare it to. It seemed a little high but then I lack a frame of reference and it might be average. The person who came out to estimate thought it would require one type of repair, but Paragon wisely sent Paul, a supervisor, alone​ with the workers, and he discovered that another type of repair would be better. The workers were pleasant, tidy and did an excellent job. The office staff is also exemplary. They are there when one calls, and I appreciate the responsiveness. Another thing I really appreciated was the fact that they were able to do the job on a Saturday. This was overtime for them, but with very little leave available from my work after an operation and family issues, it was a godsend to me."
