"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

Wetzel's kept us informed during the time between signing of the contract and payment of the deposit until the time the material was delivered to our house and work began which was about 6 weeks. The team installing our siding arrived every day on-time and worked throughout the day. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their tools. They used a dump trailer for the old materials, which I appreciated very much. At the end of the job, which took as much time as they said it would, they cleaned everything up and we were just left with a beautiful looking siding job. There were a couple minor details after they left (like not re-attaching the satellite cable to the side of the house), but they were very responsive after the fact. It is clear that they really want the customers to be happy with the work. They assisted in helping us pick a good color which went with our existing trim and windows which had been done at an earlier time. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. All the trim around the windows, the items (like vents and kickplates) were painted to match the trim. Very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend."

"I hired Ridge Top to repair/install siding after removing a deck. The company called back (which many didn't bother to do) and had someone come estimate the work very quickly. The day of the fix the installer double checked the work we wanted to have done. Based on his experience we may slight adjustment to put a board rather siding below the patio adjustment. He was awesome. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and will utilize Ridge Top in the future. Great company."
