"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. "I recently bought a home and moved in.  My crawlspace needed major work.  It was dark, damp and had a mildew like odor that you could smell in the entire house.  I had not planned on using that space for storage but when they were finished it was an incredible space for me to put all my seasonal items and then some.  When I called High Tech Waterproofing, Chuck came to inspect the area to see where the water was coming from.  It was a pleasant experience.  I didn't feel pressured by him and it was a free consultation.  The day of the job, the employees were punctual and professional.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  They leveled the soil and disposed of anything that was left from before.  The next crew came in to apply their polyurea coating encapsulation and the spray foam insulation.  The end result was amazing!  No plastic with tape or concrete that takes days to cure.  In and out so that I could go back to work and get back to unpacking and enjoying my new home.  They were fast and courteous.  I felt there was a true consideration of my home because they cleaned up after themselves.  I highly recommend this company!!

"They were excellent. Brian was able to come by for an estimate very quickly, and gave a thorough assessment of what work needed to be done. The estimate was a great price. Brian was able to get us on the schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time. The crew was friendly, and kept us updated throughout the day. In addition, Brian kept us updated, and came by to oversee the progress. They also added a few other services (such as removing and replacing old cement sink, removing water damaged wood partition). What really blew me away was that they fixed our backyard fence while they were waiting for the concrete delivery!
The work was completed in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, and the results look good. I recommend them highly!

"The crew was on time, and very professional. 
I had a concrete floor in my crawlspace.  It was installed several years ago and I had been using it for storage.  The floor was sort of pealing and dusty, and there were a few cracks.  I was concerned about moisture coming through the concrete as well.
A Perfect Crawlspace was the only crawlspace company that had the spray on liner material, called Polyurea.  So instead of paint, they sprayed the polyurea IQ  right onto the concrete.  The product is awesome, and I was able to use it for storage as soon as they were done.  Dries in an instant and made the crawlspace look great!  They also sprayed closed cell foam insulation on the foundation and sill boxes to stop cold.  I expect to have warm feet this winter.  I wish I had this done sooner - I feel the difference already.  The musty smell is gone.  Im looking forward to using this on my garage floor as well in the near future.

"The initial scheduling should have been taken as a warning. The scheduler wanted to schedule an appointment according their staff's schedule. An appointment was made after Memorial Day but the company cancelled at the last minute. Another appointment was made, and the technician did not show up nor call to cancel. After finally getting someone to come out, the technician placed a coating of material inside the crack. The crack reappeared after a heavy rain in less than 6 months. Over a period of 2 months, Concrete Correctors was contacted by phone, e-mail, and text requesting an appointment for the technician to return to assess the problem. I received an e-mail requesting my address in October 2017. A follow up text was sent 11/1/17. As of today, I have received no reply for to schedule a visit. According to Angie's List, the work is supposed to be under warranty. However, I have been unable to reach anyone from the company."

"The project went better than expected and the owner Todd gave us great suggestions that made our courtyard better than we ever imagined it would be. We almost went with brick pavers and I would have to say we made the best decision with the stamped concrete, not only does it look like individual tiles but there are no weeds growing between the bricks."

"While it took quite a lot of effort on our part to finalize the colors, pattern, etc, once scheduled, the crew promptly showed up every morning on the job, worked with the village inspector to ensure the base and landing step construction met local codes and best practices (village required a deeper base than originally laid by the crew).  They worked quickly and with as little disruption and as cleanly as can be expected.  
After the first winter, there was some settling along the house due to filling in a window well done by another contractor.  I called Maria and she came out, took a look, and sent her crew out to re-lay the area and backfill to make things right at no additional cost.
Overall, we are very happy with the end product and would recommend working with Maria and crew as long as you have a pretty decent idea of what you want in terms of design.

"My first experience with Pavercare told me that we would be life long customers!
We have a 1,200 square foot patio of concreate with brick insets.  Prior contractors we had used didn't do any better than we had on our own using bleach and our powerwasher.
The gentleman that arrived, Gaspar, was punctual, kind, and professional.  Not only did he perform the service but also pulled out weeds along our patio that I hadn't had a chance to get to.  Our patio never looked better... he literally made the concrete and brick look new!
Not only did he do the cleaning, but also set our patio back up (we had moved our grill, table, chairs out of his way)!  Talk about service above and beyond! 
The final touch was that he closed our gate to our backyard when he left... might not seem like much, but you'd be surprised how many contractors just leave and don't bother to close a gate...
 
The price was literally half of what we had been charged by other so-called concrete professionals.
I will definitely use Pavercare again and again!
