We are a community minded, client-focused gutter contractor who understands the importance in investing in our employees, and providing our clients with a 5-star experience. We believe in the importance of honesty, integrity, and transparency. Because of this, we are fully committed to posting every review positive, or negative! We do this to not only keep ourselves honest, but to also use as a learning tool to better ourselves as service professionals. "This Particular franchise with the solutionist Jeremy is the only franchise I am talking about. Some of his remarks were in order: 1) I dont look at my emails 2) you did not pay your bill when in fact I paid before they left my property. When he checked he said I see where you have paid but NEVER apologized. 3)When I told him The down spouts going from one to another were leaking his reply we don't seal them 4) I told him I wanted to speak to the owner ( Richard ) he said he would let him know. 5) FIVE days later I called Corporate and reported this. 6) on the SIXTH DAY RICHARD called me back and wanted to know what was wrong. Did Jeremy not tell him? He finally said they would come and seal up ALL the connections. This was not a difficult job and again this was ONLY this particular franchise store. If this survey would let me give a LOWER rating I would have."
