"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"Great!  Called Steve, left a message and he got back with me about an hour later.  It wasn't an emergency but  he came over about 1/2 hour after that.  He identified the problem and had to work at removing the corroded drain that we tried for two days to remove. Since we didn't want to damage the PVC pipe or the threads, we decided it was time to call a plumber.   He got the drain out and installed the new one.  Had he not been able to remove the drain we would have had to pull the tub and replace tile and spend some serious money doing an unintended remodel so we are very happy!  Thank you Steve.

The non-electric unit that I had previously was going to be too expensive; however, I am very pleased with the electric unit that I purchased, along with dechlorinator. James did an excellent job installing the equipment. I had a small issue with one of my faucets. Rob sent Caleb out right away and he had it fixed quickly. The warranty that comes with the equipment combination is great. Looking forward to many years of use."

"My wife and I contacted the happy filter to design and later install landscaping at our new home. We met and surveyed the grounds. Later a proposed plan was drawn and accepted. With a go ahead the plan was perfectly executed. My wife and I were estatic with the results. We also decided to create a water feature. After discussion a plan was made to create a babbling waterfall inuding a hidden pond. The result was breath taking. Even now neighbors and guests slow while passing by and gaze at the results of the projects. Others stop to tell us "how beautiful". "It was a pleasure to hire Jamie and his team. I had them install a new kitchen sink And faucet under my existing granite. Jamie offered To find me a sink at a good price, but I opted to find that and the faucet myself online. They removed the old sink, completed a pvc adaptation (went from double bowl to a single bowl sink), and swapped out faucets. Leo, the plumber, and Alonzo were excellent. They were very attentive to the small details. They unexpectedly had to replace the old faucet valves with new ones due to them being leaky. They had the parts with them! They even gave me tips to care for my granite too. Jamie was professional and kept in constant communication. Will definitely hire again for some bathroom updates."
