"What an amazing find through Home Advisor. Needed a flooring job next day and everyone else was 3 weeks out. Taylor, who owns Bold, not only answered the call, he and his team went above and beyond. They were prompt, friendly and outgoing, flexible, went outside the box to help us with a couple projects we were also doing to lend a hand, and did a GORGEOUS waterproof laminate flooring job as a bonus :) Taylor went to Home Depot with me to buy all of the materials and his recommendations were spot on. We weren't expecting him to start the project for a couple of days. He offered to pick up the materials and get a jump start the next day. The entire project went smoothly and perfectly. They even cleaned up after themselves. We HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bold City Flooring. You'll get the best!!"

But Leo came in with a tremendous amount of confidence and showed me photos of many jobs he and his team have undertaken tiling bathrooms, floors & a great deal more. "When it comes to installing laminate plank flooring or ceramic or any other kind of tile Mark and his crew are very very knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. Also very fair in their pricing. I'm sure that you won't beat the quality of the work nor the price. Mark installed approximately 2000 square feet of laminate flooring and 400 square feet of terracotta tile along with prepping the floors and taking all the existing materials up. I could go on so let's just say I'm very pleased."

Andy arrived exactly on time and displayed the same kind of calm, take-charge approach to the installation. When he was through, his work was textbook quality. "Work was estimated to take 2 weeks on a 1976 sq. ft. ceiling; it took a little over 2 weeks. Paul, David and Lincoln were very meticulous on the popcorn removal and steps after that (sanding, applying the mud, caulking and touching up needed areas). Ceiling looks like it is brand new. They also replaced batteries in all of the smoke detectors. I would hire them again for the same project and will hire them for future projects."
