We are not young, so we decided to make alterations to provide us with the opportunity to continue to live in our home in case one of us is not able to navigate the stairs. "This was an emergency repair - Craig picked up the call right away and was at my house to stabilize the problem right away. Things got a bit messy as we had to rely on a third party for part of the repair project and they had staffing issues that caused an estimated 5 day project to turn into one taking almost 2 weeks to complete. CSI did a great job with the finishing work after the mess left by the third party. So, it was stressful, but all turned out well. Craig is patient and pleasant to deal with."
