"Our garage has 2 separate doors, both of which needed servicing and openers (one had an opener that wasn't working well, and the other had no opener at all).
My request for a quote was answered within 24 hours and the quote was done within the next 24 hours. When I called to schedule the appointment, they got me on the schedule the following day.
Roger, Dynamic's technician, was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly professional. He explained what he would be doing and looked into a couple of other issues I asked about, including the springs. He advised that the springs weren't up to snuff, and since I know they're 20 years old, that didn't surprise me. He explained that replacing the springs now would only add the cost of the springs (no extra labor charge) and when he only had one of the proper size on his truck he went out and got another within about 30 minutes. He completed the work in a timely manner and he left the garage floor cleaner than it was when he arrived.

We hired Jim to remodel our guest/hall bath. He arranged for the demo to be done by an associate that we paid separately. Jim performed all other services needed. We replaced all the tile- floor and walls including a decorative inset tile in the shower and sink backsplash. We put in a new tub, vanity mirror, medicine chest, toilet,  towel bars/shelf and lighting. He added a dimmable light in the shower/tub area and a new bath fan. He also retextured the walls, painted and worked on leveling out areas on the floor. Jim estimated a three week time frame and he was right on the button. He is very punctual, and works very hard. He has worked for friends of mine and they are very pleased with his work. He is very particular about his work and getting things right. He also provided input as needed which helped me make good decisions. The cost of services includes my purchases for fixtures etc. and his labor and required materials. I would definitely hire him again. By the way- he is listed as a handyman, but he is a licensed contractor.

"Jamie was easy to communicate with about the job, was flexible about when he could complete the work, was punctual, very pleasant and professional, and did an excellent job.  If I hadn't known the mantel was damaged before installation, I wouldn't be able to tell now. Original finishing nails were removed, splintered wood repaired, and the shelf nailed to the corbels again.  A cleat was anchored securely through travertine tiles and the mantel shelf securely attached. Everything was cleaned well after the job was concluded."

Russ Bordeno, the company's owner is punctual and professional and thorough. On top of that he is helpful and wants his customers to be happy with the results. His foremen for his crews are equally professional and helpful. We have been very pleased with the experience.
We thought we would only need the cracks repaired and were shocked by the cost of the project. But even though it was more money that we had budgeted, we still think it was a good price.
We have hired Russ to install drainage and gutters. We also plan to hire him to replace our driveway. So will await the completion of those jobs to review.
