"I recently discovered yellow jackets inside my hose and found Exterminex Pest Control in my research of companies. They were very quick to respond to my questions and I saw the large number of excellent reviews, so I set up an appointment. When I set the appointment, I was told that if I received any quotes that beat theirs, to let them know. I was shocked, but it shows that they stand by their work and want to work with you. I actually received two other quotes that were less and they were more than happy to work with. Their work was fantastic, their communication was prompt and professional. They stand behind their services and have a great business practice. You cannot go wrong with them; I am glad I looked them up and worked with them"

"I hired Frank to do my exclusion service in my home and I would recommend Frank for any and all pest control services due to his knowledge and experience. Frank was very professional in dealing with my issue and answered all of my questions regarding what was going on in my home. I highly recommend going with Frank for any pest issues you may have in your home."

"Angel service was great and I am very satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to anyone with pest issues."

"Great team, friendly and service is very affordable. I was able to nail an annual contract for continuous services. I hate roaches, canâ t afford to catch any in my apartment. I strongly recommend this company for your pest control needs."

"Prompt and courteous. Explained everything. Pest free at the moment. Honestly don't know how they compare with other exterminators price wise, but we did lay out a sizeable chunk of money."

"Modern Day Pest Control professionalism cannot be matched in my opinion. Based on my experience they displayed perfect punctuality and work quality for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend!"

"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
