"Quick response to an emergency situation. The water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"Mr. John Livingstone and his crew replaced my non-functioning 30 year old gas boiler with a brand new state of the art boiler on July 29th 2021. The removal and installation took about three days to complete. Mr. Livingstone and his assistants were very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about exactly what was needed for the job. They cleaned up everything and no debris was left on my property. My boiler room has been transformed into a work of art with all the new black and copper piping in addition to Rolls-Royce like boiler. Thank you Mr. Livingstone for this amazing gift. My wife and I appreciate and love you. Thank you also for your recommendation of a competent chimney cleaning service. I appreciate you."

"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

"They were very prompt, efficient and pleasant. Did a wonderful job replacing my hot water tank. They cleaned up nicely and took the old tank with them. The price is very reasonable."
