"On 11/9/22, I contacted Ilia to replace my defective A O Smith Water Heater and wanted the same brand. He provided a fair price and realistic timeframe without any haggling. A few hours after the call, my new water heater was up and running, and the old one was taken away. "I can't say enough good things about Jimmy- He responded to an emergency sewer backup & when he was here he advised me of the urgent need to replace a VERY old basement slop sink with rotting plumbing (I didn't even realize it) He installed the new sink, reorganized the piping, installed new cutoff valves, changed a bunch of other hoses,etc. He is prompt, courteous, neat & reasonable. What a guy!!!"
