It appears the first tech took the screws to the part, because he thought that he would return to replace the fan; he did not return, and left the second tech scrambling to his vehicle to find replacement screws. In the future, may I suggests that all required parts be put back on the appliances, in case the original tech cannot return, and not leave a potentially time consuming and unfortunate event for the second tech and customer."
