"Refloor installed vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen, hallway and foyer. It turned out better than I could have imagined. The installation crew was great to work with - very respectful of my property. I highly recommend Refloor!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"The salesman did not exam the floors to tell us that the product we would like could not be installed without some subfloor prep. The ran my spouse's credit but when the credit card came in it had my name and her social security number. When we attempted to call the salesman after the installer said we could not have the product we had decided on, he did not return our calls."

Hi there! I have about 9 years of experience with home remodeling, house flips, and currently I am focused more on carpentry (custom closets, interior/exterior trim, etc.) and flooring. I am still open to most home repair needs. I am new to Angi, but feel free to check out some photos of my work in the project photos. I am also willing to share more photos. Feel free to email me at JMDhomeservices1@gmail.com or call/text at 3179032308. Thanks!

"We were very happy with every aspect of our floor installation. Javier was on time and had neat appearance. His work was impeccable and his work area kept neat and clean. We do not have one negative regarding this job and plan to have him back for other work we need done. Price was fair."

"Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.

"Our porch and patio really look great after they were resurfaced. The team showed up about 11:00 and worked until after 5:00 getting everything done. After they provided care and cleaning tips (haven’t had to use any yet). Rey professional, quality work and we get lots of compliments on the new look."

"We have used Frazee Buiding Company many times over the past 6 years, and Tom Frazee impresses us every time.  He is professional, innovative and does quality work.  It is a pleasure to interact with him and his team of people.  Tom is responsive and follows up frequently when his subcontactors are doing work.  You never feel like he is not fully engaged in whatever project is going on and is always available for questions.
On this occasion of installing new hardwood floors in our entire downstairs, Tom and his team were very considerate about the timeline of the project to ensure that we were displaced from our usual routine as little as possible.  We first talked about how we use the downstairs rooms of our house so that a plan could be devised to minimize the disruption to our lives while the demolition of the old hardwoods and the installation of the new hardwoods was going on.  It was a very smooth process, and we did not feel like our lives were altered very much at all while all that was happening.
The new floors are beautiful and we are very pleased with the result of the installation.  Tom never disappoints us with the quality of work that he does.

"A kitchen remodel is a major over-haul project.  Gutting the original tile floor prior to replace it with new tile is a long process.  Brewer did their best to maintain a schedule that got us through this inconvenience as effortlessly as possible.  They were very concientious about taping off the areas not being reomodeled to eliminate as much construction dirt as possible.  They were careful not to damage other parts of the kitchen.  The installation went well and the installer did an excellent job and made our new floor look fantastic.  The same person installed the backsplash and it turned out great too.  I have used Brewer previously for a carpet installation, so that is why I called them back for this job.  Once again, I was very pleased with the end results and I would call them back whenever we have additional flooring needs."

"This was the final step toward our completing the remodeling of our master bathroom and we wanted to find someone who could match what we had already completed (flooring and shower) and do excellent work. We are more than satisfied with the work done by Louis Enterprises. Our contact was Jerry Ward. He was very attentive to what we were trying to accomplish and everything actually turned out BETTER than we had even planned. All the work was completed on time and Mr. Ward was very attentive to detail; he even followed up later to make sure we were still satisfied. His workmanship is INCREDIBLE!!! We would definitely use him again!"
