"Jose was friendly, responsive and personable. His experience allows him to easily give solid advice. He recommended a few countertop vendors to find the quartz we chose. We paid for the material separately. JM Tile and Stone took care of picking up the slabs, cutting/gluing/polishing. H Cabinets was our vendor and sold us two quartz slabs, unfortunately one with sun damage that Jose buffed to help equalize the color. I’d advise the purchaser to pick/inspect/approve the slabs before finalizing pickup. Preapproval would alleviate the problem we ran into. Overall the process took a week from start to finish and the kitchen looks beautiful."

"Excellent. Exactly what I wanted and timely. 1-inch hexagon tile laid in shower pan/floor. The spacing was exacting and consistent throughout. Edges and cuts were precise. Junior was pleasant and easy to work with. He listened and performed to my detailed specifications. Very professional. Efficient. I couldn't be more pleased. He showed up on time and focused on my job. Very clean. He had a vacuum system to keep dust at a minimum from tile cutting. And washed the work area when complete. Outstanding job overall."

"Went fairly smoothly and finished in 7 days.  This was 2 days longer than expected due to the difficulty in removing the tile. However they came on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job.  On the last day, the foreman complained about his workers not stepping up to help finish the job, but the job got done and the floor looks great.
