They fixed a shower that had been installed incorrectly, completely replaced laundry sink, installed an outdoor shower and water filtration system. And they were nice to my big dogs."

The water heater they brought was damaged and rather than authorize the purchase of a new water heater at a Home Depot that was closer to my home, they had to return the damaged water heater to a Home Depot where they had picked it up. This extended the time to do the job by 2 1/2 hours. The technician however worked through a number of problems in the installation and successfully installed the water heater, so I will give them a 5.0 star for work quality. The price was a little more expensive than I thought was reasonable but not outrageous."
