"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"We met with the estimator/salesman Kevin who inspected the entire area, performed measurements and then reviewed the cost proposal in detail with us. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the process in layman's terms so we had a good understanding of what was needed and why. It was nice to get an idea of the cost right away instead of waiting days/weeks for an estimate. We secured estimates from other contractors and we decided on Tri-State due to the overall cost, professionalism and good reviews/references. Tri-State was able to schedule the job within a couple weeks. They provided us great preparation information so our basement would be ready for them to begin the work without delay. The crew worked over a two day period, keeping dust/mess to a minimum. All team members were professional and worked hard during the process. Clean up of the basement, staircase and outside area was excellent and additional instructions were given to us upon their departure. "When we bought our house, there were several cracks in the basement foundation walls - we were assured that the prior owners never had any problem with water leakage through them. "The project went very well! Mike is terrific. The crew came as scheduled. Explained what they would be doing and did a nice job.The first part of the project involved trenching the basement floor along the three walls. This was the dusty and loudest part of the work since they use electric jack hammers. Make sure you cover everything. They did a great job cleaning up the area they worked in but you will still have dust. We had a minor problem and came to a mutual agreement for solution. Nice people to work with, great job!"

My husband did the prep work they requested (removing paneling and drywall to 18 inches above the floor, cutting the wood studs to that level, and removing carpeting to six inches away from the wall). Two workers from Badger Basement came to our house and were completely done in only two hours. They jackhammered out the existing concrete slab, installed metal channels in the wall to drain any moisture out beyond the foundation, installed a sump pump in the room's closet, and poured fresh concrete to fill the new trench. All work done very professionally and thoroughly."

He came prepared with everything he thought he would need (as you know when it comes to plumbing, nothing works the way you expect) and made a quick run when he needed something to complete the job. When he was done, he even dry walked the hole for me, which is what he always does...goes above and beyond. My washing machine runs perfectly and I no longer have to worry about old piping. Terry explained what he was doing every step of the way and answered all my questions."
