"I bought a maintenance policy for my heating and air conditioning system. I bought the gold plan. I pay $149 once a year and they come out twice a year to inspect and clean the heating and air conditioning system, which by itself pays for the $149. If I call before 10 am they guarantee they will be out that day. They give me preferential treatment because I am in the plan. They also do installations. They did an air conditioning installation for my daughter and when I found out what good people they were, I signed up. They call me to tell me when it is time to do the spring and fall cleanup. They clean and check everything to make sure that everything is working and is clean. They check the Freon level and make sure that everything is working efficiently. I've never had anything go wrong since I started using them. They immediately pick up when I call them. They are fantastic and they work on my schedule. They do their job so wonderfully that I don't even think about them."

"The guys were awesome, callee me Saturday, i scheduled form Monday. The were here at 8:30. Gave me a quote on my pump, completed the work timely. The guys are very respectful and did not charge me an arm and a leg for everything they did....in the heat. Could not be more satisfied and will definitely call them when i need any home improvements."

The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
