The men that came out to do the project were pleasant, quick, and cleaned up the yard when the work was done. Steve was on sight multiple times to answer any questions we had as well as to look over the work that was being done. We could not be more pleased with the service and fence that we got. "Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it! "I'll start this review by saying that to me, the "end result" is what counts most.  And Neale and his company produced exactly the custom look security fence I had envisioned.  This was a bit of an unusual request, because even though many people have iron bars welded over their A/C units for security, I needed two large, expensive (side by side) heat pumps protected.  Also, I felt a "security fence" would look better than just metal bars.  So here was my experience: After 1st calling and getting leaving a message with an assistant, it did take a few days but Neale called me back to set up an appointment to give an estimate.  He arrived right on time, took a look at the situation, and after a few minutes of brainstorming we were on exactly the same page in terms of design - and I liked how he sketched it out.  I also felt his quote was very reasonable (his was the 3rd estimate I had gotten).  And I don't know, there was just something about Neale, I could tell he had a *passion* for security fencing and "keeping crooks out" so to speak.  After getting my estimate in writing via email later that day, I put down my (1/3) deposit.  About a week later, after fabricating much of the fence in his shop, Neale and his team arrived and got to work fast.  I took them 2 days total, which was fine (day #1 they installed the fence posts and the concrete needed to set overnight).  Day# was most of the assembly,  welding and the paint job. Now, about 2 weeks later, I am extremely happy with the final result.  Very secure, and very sharp looking!  Even the gloss black paint job is very nice.  My neighbors have made several admiring comments over the past week also.  The only thing I could fault, if anything, would be if speed - is critical too you.Baltimore Wrought does seem like a busy company so don't be surprised if there is a week or so delay / backlog.  Also, they do prefer cash payment vs credit card.  (I did my deposit on credit card and paid the final 2/3 cash).  But  these minimal factors were not a big deal for me, because *high quality* work and to a lesser extent, total price, were all I really cared about - and these guys definitely delivered on both!

"We are having a fence put up along our property lines and needed several shrubs and small trees cleared out. I called Freestate on Friday, the 25th and was able to set up an estimate for the following Sunday morning. Ben showed up on time, gave an estimate and confirmed they would be able to get me on the schedule for that week.
He promised to follow up with me right away to confirm the details. I received a voicemail later in the day confirming that we were on the schedule for the following day! We had a couple emails back and forth and received extremely fast responses each time.
As promised, the crew came out on Monday and removed everything. They did a great job clearing everything out without leaving any debris. The stumps were also ground out and my lot looks like there were never any shrubs/ trees planted in that location.
We had a great experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

"I'd been having problems with my shutters falling off the house because I have a 3 story colonial with a brick front and they were installed with these useless plastic fasteners.  So, I bought one of the Kargman coupons when I saw it on sale and scheduled my service. 

Took them about 3 weeks to fit me in the schedule but it turned out to be worth it. 

Two workers arrived a little after 9 am and got straight work. I supplied the shutters, masonry screws, and the drill bit. They installed the shutters. After they completed the work, they cleaned up EVERYTHING and left the work area clean. Didn't leave any boxes, the old shutters, or any of the trash material--hauled it all away. And the best part is they did the entire job within 4 hours. 

I would absolutely hire them again to perform service in my home."

"I had them curve the outside edge of deck and install black spindles on the rails.  They also installed solar caps on every post.  The men were professional and courteous and no nonsense!  They completed the work in 3 days and 2 of those days were a Saturday and Sunday!  All work was completed with the agreed upon price.  Looking forward to a great summer on my new deck!

"It was fine. Various pieces of the estimate/evaluation should have been covered by the deal, and eventually were after I pointed this out, but this shouldn't have been this difficult. In addition, they argued that extra cuts required for offset subway/brick-style tiling require extra costs, but since it was tile I supplied in the first place and since I have subsequently asked multiple tile installers if this is extra time intensive for a standard kitchen back splash (answer: no), I thought that this was a bit dishonest. The work was completed and we're happy with it over all, but it did not leave a good taste.

"Fred worked quickly. He finished the entry gate and replaced part of the fence that was missing. His work was excellent. He did a much better job than the original company which installed the fence. Then he started attaching the wire fence to one side of the fence. Initially he was'nt sure if he'd be able to attach the wire to the entire fence and I did not expect him to because he had done so much already. Fred had to move some tree branches out of his way in some areas but he manged to attach the wire fence to the entire wood fence. He did a wonderful job and he his work exceeded my expectations. I would use this company again and I'm going to tell my friends and family about them.
