"Absolutely loved working with the Precision Remodeling team. I came across them a few years back when we had damage to our deck during a storm and they replaced the deck. They did a great job then, so when we decided to re-model our kitchen, we worked with them. Jamie was excellent. He and the team that did the work were incredible. They laid out all of the options and costs in detail. Every time we adjusted something or had a new idea, they were accommodating and straight forward in laying out the costs, benefits and challenges. They worked well with our schedule issues when we had them. They pointed us to the right places to select materials, details and options. Jamie even helped us design our layout as we made some changes to the kitchen set-up. "This was the 2nd home improvement job they performed for us! We previously had a total kitchen remodel and Qualified Remodeling did an outstanding job! Since we were so satisfied with the Kitchen Remodel, we decided that we wanted them to do our Master Bathroom. We received other estimates that were higher than Qualified Remodeling although we knew we wanted Qualified Remodeling to do the job! The price they quoted us was less than the other estimates we received from 2 other contractors and we knew the quality of work because of our prior experience! Although our kitchen remodel had been completed over 2 years prior, we had the same crew that was going to do our bathroom. We were amazed that after 2 years, Qualified Remodeling had the same employees that were going to be doing the work! Joe @ Qualified Remodeling must be taking care of his employees to have the same people working for him. "Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and better than we could have imagined. AES transformed our cramped, galley-style kitchen into a show piece. Overall, the process was fairly smooth from design through execution. We enjoyed working with their interior designer/concierge person, Shawna—picking materials and products was a breeze, and we had the benefit of AES's direct relationship with some quality vendors. Furthermore, they produced good-quality architectural 3-D renderings which were very helpful for the design process. One nice anecdote: At the beginning, I let AES know that I wanted to do painting (to save a bit of money, and to do it to my liking). The kitchen crew still did fantastic wall prep—perfectly primed and smooth. The kitchen crew also carefully removed the old cabinetry intact and in good condition, allowing me to donate it eventually. I have one word of warning for customers undertaking any similar remodel: avoid Best Buy if you can! AES typically brings their clients to Best Buy for picking out appliances. While we were super happy with the products we bought, dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare. One appliance arrived damaged and Best Buy gave both us AND our AES rep the run-around trying to get it replaced. Thankfully, AES had our back and it was finally sorted and the appliance re-installed by the wonderful kitchen crew. The kitchen was finished sooner than expected too, with no loss to attention to detail."

"I contacted Taylor Made Custom Contracting Inc after an extremely bad storm which damaged the siding on my house. Kevin and Suzanne responded immediately to my request to have someone inspect my house and perform the repairs as soon as possible. At first I was very stressed out since my family and I were away on vacation and did not know the extent of the repairs required. The next day the repairs were completed (less than 24 hours) and I came home to find everything in tact ! I have used Taylor Made Custom Contracting Inc in the past for a kitchen remodeling and would highly recommend them for any home improvements, repairs or upgrades! "We hired Taylor Made in 2014 to remodel my kitchen. We chose them because they were the only company who we investigated, who listened to what we wanted and made intelligent creative suggestions. The kitchen plan that Kevin designed, was beautiful. The price was not inexpensive, but it was more than fair for the immaculate finished product that we received. It was not mediocre work by any means. Craig, the project manager was meticulous and a perfectionist. The crew cleaned up everyday and was respectful of my house and even my dog. We recently hired them again to create a new pantry area adjacent to the kitchen. We added cabinetry, counters and shelving in order to store items that we wanted accessible, but did not need every day. Although this was a significantly smaller project, we were just as pleased as last time. The design was laid out so that we could see exactly what we were getting and how it would look. We felt the agreement and paperwork was complete and easy to understand. The renovation process was smooth and the finished product was once again functional and flawless. This is an honest group of people who want to keep their customers coming back."
