"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it. We are talking about a roof that is 1000's of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price. A most excellent result from a fantastic company."

Except for the damaged pieces of drywall inside and around the old skylight when the new skylight was installed. $200 was deducted from the bill for fixing the drywall. I appreciate this very much. The roofers are friendly and Ned is very patient with me when I asked him many questions. I also appreciated that your service immediately responded on the same day last Thursday after I found the rain water running between gutter and soffit on the part of back of the house.
