"After working with Dean's, I doubt I could be convinced to contract with a 'big' provider ever again - even if their price was half off! From the first contact, the owner was very clear, always available, and very easy to work with. My AC had gone out three times in a week (had BGE Home out each time). Lisa maneuvered the schedule to get us in 1.5 weeks earlier than planned. When I called the owner to let him know the AC was out, again, he said "I have a portable AC unit; I'm loading it into my truck and will be right over." This was at 9:00 at night! Everything was done to perfection - nothing is halfway or 'good enough' for Dean's - the wiring is even made to look photo-ready. There are absolutely no half measures, no "we don't do that" comments or messes left behind. I cannot give any higher praise than this...I am recommending Dean's to everyone I know, even my church. My only regret is that I have only found one other job for Dean's to perform; they are installing a bathroom light/vent where there is currently only a light. Dean's is the only choice for great people, providing great value, great work (guaranteed), and great service before, during, and after the job. "Dan and Joe from Harco did a great job on a complex water heater installation that involved moving an air duct for a reasonable price. They were courteous and even took off their shoes when in my home. Unfortunately, there were a few hang ups initially with the installation but returned back and made everything right without question the same day. They also honored their initial estimate without any additional hidden costs. Thank you Dan and Joe for your hard work and valued savings for this particular job."

"He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."

"This review should probably be three separate reviews, but I think it shows my trust in Vernon using him multiple times. He came out to give me a quote on a new gas water heater and relocating it about 8 feet over in the basement. The price was reasonable and he provided me the water heater information so I could see it's reviews beforehand. While installing my water heater, my tenant called and said the AC was not working. So, after completing the install and his other stops that day, Vernon went over later that day to take a look. The repair required a new part, so a few days later he repaired the AC and I had him replace a leaking pressure valve while he was there. About a month later, a house I renovated needed some repair work on a leaky drain before settlement (he was not the initial installer). Vernon went into that crawlspace and repaired the pipe and provided the appropriate documentation so we could get to settlement in time. I had Hamilton Plumbing and HVAC do work at my home, my rental, and then my house flip. I plan to have Vernon come back to run a gas line when I install a gas fireplace and again when I do my basement bathroom."
