The crew worked quickly, replacing the whole unit in a few hours. They respected our home, offering some alternatives for a plant that might have to be moved to allow access to the outside unit. The rep even offered to loan us 2 window air conditioning units free, because our unit had to be replaced in the middle of a heat wave and it would be a few days until they could replace ours. (We did not take advantage of this offer, as we were going to be out of town anyway in the interim.)"

"I was able to contact Maurice pretty quickly and he and Jose came over that afternoon to look at what I needed.   They worked up an estimate and got started a few days later.  Because the job was so big they weren't able to finish in one day, unfortunately that's when our hurricane hit, then the power went out, then we had a tree on our house, then we had more rain and more rain and more rain....   Finally, when they could come back, they pretty much had to do the windows over.  Maurice washed windows, Jose finished the deck and then helped Maurice.  It was another all day job which made it a 2 day job with 2 men working.  I guess that makes the amount I paid fair, I've just never paid that much before.  But times are a changin'.

Maurice and Jose are very laid back guys.  Easy to get along with, thoughtful, precise workers.  They go about their business while trying to stay out of the way.  Nice guys!"

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."
