"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I was sold on a system that was very pricey and then started malfunctioning 3 months later. It was almost $9,000 unit. When I contacted the company for service, it took me four calls for someone to finally come out. The customer service was excellent in the beginning and the installation was excellent, but once the sale was done, the service failed."

"Excellent. Absolutely. They were on time. They did not slow down as long as they got into the house. They asked what they will be moving. They make sure everything is property loaded. They never slow down, they never stop. They had taken the beds down, put the beds back together. Excellent job. They did a wonderful job"

"Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

"Top quality contractor. Hired to do a full bath remodel, tearing out the shower area down to studs and installing tile, new tub and vanities, lighting, etc. only some minor issues with plumbing but these were resolved satisfactorily. They do very good work, they keep the project moving which is key for a residential project, and the subs they hire they have a great relationship with so the overall result is very professional. Not the cheapest but this is skilled labor, so you get what you pay for. Our bathroom ended up phenomenal, would recommend them and will contract again."

"Great! Very reliable and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend! Did a great job remodeling my bathroom and the backsplash in our kitchen."

"Oscar was definitely the best thing to come out of my tiling experience with a big box home improvement store. If your considering hiring through a big box store, don’t. Just call Oscar. He answered all of our questions and knows the business. I have some interesting corners in my kitchen that were no problem for him and his team. He works efficiently, cleanly, and does quality work. I have saved his number multiple places and will never use anyone else. Note: our tile has a wave to it. This is not the result of Oscar’s work."

"Excellent work. Norman Restorations completed all the work in under the time projected (less than a month) and IAW the estimate provided before the job. I added a few upgrades along the way, which we discussed cost before implementation."

"They are very professional and organized. I would definitely consider hiring them in the future."
