"We were remodeling a bathroom and discovered a major, invisible leak under the bathtub. Called the water company to inquire about the service line repair coverage that we had. Action Plumbing was sent out by the insurance company. Fixed the leak. Then the pipes broke again. Came out on a Sunday to make sure that we had water service. Fixed the leak again. Recommended the replacement of all the pipes, based on the sad shape of the main service distribution in our house. Came out three days later and replaced all the old galvanized with PEX. They will be returning soon to help connect tub and toilet when the bathroom renovation reaches that point. Also, will be running new PEX water service from the meter to our house in the near future. Went very well. We have a VERY old house and they were willing and able to deal with all the surprises that are inevitable in that kind of work. Would highly recommend their work."
