"Tom and his son arrived a little early and went right to work. He explained what he was going to do and assured my wife that her white couches were not in danger of soot coverage. He proceeded to check the flu and clean the chimney pipe and then completely clean the fire box.  He discovered a loose piece of soapstone across the front of the stove which he repaired (at no charge).....The entire job lasted about an hour and when they left you couldn't tell they had been there. Also checked small gas fireplace in kitchen and showed me how to operate. <br /> Very personable and professional, would definately use again. <br />"

"Everything was great at the beginning. We waited for our call that we would be scheduled and then things started not going as planned. The got the roof off and found the chimney needed to be replaced, so we got an estimate on that and a chimney guy was scheduled. Then the roof work stopped. My complaint here was we were not communicated with about when the roofers would be back to restart. I had to call a couple of times about the chimney guy and roofer. When they finally finished they were supposed to clean up the yard, run the magnet for nails and that was done poorly. The first day they were gone we found nails in the driveway, nails and trash in the yard and roof debris in the yard. I also noticed our gutter seals had been cracked from their ladders. We ended up meeting with the projects manager twice and they came out to clean up and fix gutters 3 times (on one of the trips the broke one of the spouts of the gutter off). I am still cleaning up the yard but after three trips I didn’t want them back out. This is not just one persons fault their. Lake of communication was a big issue with many people. Also be ware that if you pay with a credit card you will have to pay their square fee, I was not made aware of this until I went to pay even though they said it was on the email with the bill, which it was not and I had to forward them the email to prove it. I will not recommend them or use them again."

"IT WENT EXACTLY AS JAMES SAID IT WOULD. TOOK 1 WEEK TO COMPLETE. DID A FABULOUS JOB, FROM BEGINNING TO END. TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY AND WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING AS JOB PROGRESSED. I NOW HAVE A BEAUTIFUL FLORIDA ROOM WITH 2 WINDOWS ON EACH SIDE, 2 WINDOWS IN BACK WITH A GLASS STORM DOOR IN THE MIDDLE WITH A DOGGIE DOOR AT THE BOTTOM. WHICH HE SAID HE WOULD DO EVEN AFTER QUOTING THE PRICE FOR THE JOB. IN ADDITION HE INSTALLED A NEW A/C INTO A WINDOW OF OUR HOUSE AT NO EXTRA COST. THIS IS THE TYPE OF CONTRACTOR YOU HOPE TO FIND. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND  ANYBODY TO HIRE JAMKIE ENTERPRISES, LLC FOR THIS TYPE OF JOB. <br />"

"Just okay. Very responsive in coming out to give me a quote, but I didn't hear from them after the job was sold - I had to call their office three days later to find out when they were coming. I then got a text from the salesman saying they'd be out at the end of the following week, much later than I'd wanted them there since the birds had begun nesting in the soffit again. Also expensive - about $500 for a job that took literally 15 minutes - about $80 of that was for the plastic cap they put over the soffit. Not a lot of companies do birds, though, so I went with this one."
