He gave me my estimate and as soon as I agreed to the work we scheduled the fence installation for the next week! He planned for two days and he and his coworker were done by 2pm on the second day! My fence looks amazing! It was well worth the money!"

"Office made appointment with us. Owner came on site at appointment time to assess home. Professional, helpful and mannerly. Gave us a quote within 24 hrs. Answered our many emails about product choice. Provided product manufacturer contact information and helpful websites. Once contract was signed we were contacted by office manager with expected date of install. Two days before expected install date contact was made to confirm the material delivery and actual install date. All aspects of process were as expected. Roofing crew on-site on scheduled install date. Throughout the install constant communication was had between job supervisor, office coordinator and us the homeowners. Roof is completely installed; wind mitigation report for insurance was provided as part of contract price and delivered within 48 hrs of job completion. High marks all around."

"It's scary how contractors can ignore you once you sign a contract. I hooked up with Chris in November; fence work was done in April. This was after repeated phone calls. The work was good and completed quickly. Can't fault the quality. Now I need a gate replaced, which he was aware of and promised to come back to do the work. Three phone calls and several weeks since I started calling him but still no response. I'm giving up and going to find another company to replace the gate."
