"I felt that I needed an alarm security system since my neighbor's house was burglarized. I felt it's not safe anywhere these days whether you live in a good or bad area. I agreed on a Sunday and by Friday's evening he sent Bryan out to get the alarm system installed. It took couple hours to get it done but it was worth the wait. I'm not good with remembering things and illiterate when it comes to handling high tech device but Bryan was so patience with me and taught me over and over again to remember how to use it. I'll likely forget soon but he said feel free to call him if I have any questions or concern. I'm very happy with the services I received from Michael and Bryan and deserved a 5 star rating."

I only messed up one wire, but that was enough to ground out the circuit, blow the breaker and take our garage door opener out because the breaker would not come back on. Kevin to the rescue! I called him and he was here the next day at 7:45 am, just like he said. He diagnosed the issue, showed me what I did wrong, rewired the light, fixed the breaker and checked all the affected outlets to make certain they worked. He's a real pro and a darn nice guy as well. I'd hire him again tomorrow. And I WILL hire him next time there's a job that needs doing here at the house."

"This was my 2nd job for our "go to guys" for all of our tv and sound systems projects and once again Elite A/V LLC came though like champs! Erik and Mike arrived on time as agreed to our new home and made sure they didn't track in anything on our new carpets . They were very careful with moving our new furniture as well. They looked at the job we had, made some quick recommendations on how we wanted it to be done and immediately got to work. There was an issue with the tv placement in 1 room due to stud placement, but they were able to get it so close that you couldn't even see the difference. The fact that it was to them and that they informed me of such a minor change really impressed me! Afterwards, they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction even before taking their tools out or even asking for payment, which was exactly what I was quoted and I really appreciated the fact that they didn't like with most specials, once the workmen are in your home they try to upsell you to death.
