"Looking for a Las Vegas remodel contractor? Axiom Construction and Management is your team! I could go on for forever about these guys, but I’ll just give you a quick list of their “amazingness”! -They show up ON-TIME, EVERYDAY! -Their entire crew are amazing craftsmen AND kind people(they loved on our cat and dog:))! -Axiom’s sub-contractors were every bit as professional, reliable, and dependable as the core crew. -The construction area was left spotless at the end of every workday, including the area around the construction dumpsters. Many of our neighbors commented on this and were very appreciative. -Matt was not only the contractor, but was great at working with us and our designer(sounds fancy, but we’re not) on ideas to transform our 1950’s house into a fabulous, comfortable modern home, while still retaining the vintage-Vegas vibe. -The actual construction is flawless. Not one shortcut was taken! Check Axiom Construction out, you will be happy you did! Axiom has our contact information if you would like to discuss. :)"

"I was having my kitchen remodeled. The day of install, the installer removed the old backsplash and was about to place the quartz on the damaged wall. I told them to stop and repair the damage wall. One of the guys told me that they don’t do repairs. I was in distress that I reached out to Angie’s list and found Premier Design. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful. I was so pleased with the work."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Jean, NV

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
