"Miguel, came over and looked and asked questions and actually decided to do it differently than what I wanted.  Smart man.
First he scrapped all the stuff left over from the original fake wood surround.  Then cleaned the area and tested the paint I got.  We were both pretty sure it was semi gloss under all that sun worn exterior and I thought it would not match the colour.  He found that it did and painted the area feathering it into the original paint job.  It looks so good.  Now I will have much more time to decide if I need a real wood surround to make my rather plain Home more "with it"
     I am planning on using him to paint the interior as soon as I pay my yearly taxes to the feds.

"Where do I even start.... If I could give Do it Your Painting & More 100 stars, I would. I recently lost my father and acquired his house that needed quite a bit of work and a fresh facelift. He was a smoker and because of his health declining, was unable to keep up on some basic maintenance. After submitting a request for a quote through Angi's List, Dajuan responded promptly and professionally and answered many of my questions, that I'm sure were all over the place. Trying to handle a house project 1000 miles away and trying to find someone to do it was extremely overwhelming and stressful, especially while grieving, but Dajuan's understanding and communication made the process a lot smoother. He was able to meet me at my Father's house last minute while we were in town to go over some job options and gave me some advice to help me make some decisions. After a good month or so of a massive texting conversation, funding hiccups and decision making delays on my part, Dajuan and crew got the job done in the time frame I needed and came back in a timely manner to fix a couple things and complete a couple more jobs I added on at the end. He suggested a couple options for some weird issues in the house and pointed out some issues that need to be taken care of in the future that I can do on my own. Everything was perfect and the finished project came out 100x better than I had imagined and the smoke smell is gone! I am so thankful that the stars aligned to have found Dajuan and crew for this job. It was so nice to find someone who could tackle not only the painting but flooring installation, small kitchen remodel and stubborn ceiling fan installation. A package deal! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your patience, your compassion, your professionalism, your understanding of my situation and your attention and care to my Father's house. "Victor showed up to power wash on Monday. He did an excellent job. The painters arrived the next day. The painting of the house itself went great. Umberto and Ian were excellent. They arrived on time and got right to work. They patched the stucco where it needed it and cleaned up everything when they were done. There was one little hitch on the trim of the house but Victor took care of it promptly. The only issue I did have was with the office person, Ivoneth. She only communicated through email, of which I am not a fan. When I did email her, she didn't seem to understand or didn't even bother to answer. And she seemed a little judgmental. I finally gave up on her and communicated directly with Victor. He was very receptive and answered all my questions and confirmed my work dates. I was very satisfied with the work that was done by Victor, Umberto and Ian. I would hire them again without any hesitation."

"I bought a certificate through Angies List for one room. It took a while for us to make the appointment but once it was set, everything went smoothly. They matched the paint I wanted and offered a discount to paint the bathroom. They were very professional and accommodating and I would use them again.

"He replaced the hinges, drilled new holes in the ground so that the metal rods could stabilized the gate allowing me to lock it. He did a wonderful job, I'm really pleased. In addition, he has a pleasant personality and knows his stuff. I recommend him highly."

"Victor was very pleasant and helpful. I connected with him a couple of days before the job to make sure I had the materials he would need for the wallpaper removal.  The job took less time than expected and he was able to get most of the wallpaper off. We
will now need to patch a few areas and get on with the painting.
Victor gave me a reasonable rough estimate on additional painting and looked at some stucco repair needed.  I am expecting to hear back with an estimate on that job.  He did a fine job and I would recommend him to others.

I had what I considered a pretty serious roof leak over my garage.  I picked the Roof Repair Experts because of their great reviews and honestly, the $350 dollar roof leak repair deal made the choice easy.  I didn't have to have a quote done (which means take a day off of work) and then have another day off to do the repair.

Javier showed up in the morning and had a pretty good idea what was causing my leak.  He quickly removed a bunch of roof tiles, found the rotted out underlayment that was rotting b/c of my pine tree, replaced the underlayment, and sealed everything up better than new. 

He then proceeded to put all of my tiles back, sealing them so they didn't slide out, and even added sealer to the metal drain valley to ensure that no water went under the new underlayment. 

This was quality service.  I know they do A/C work too and you bet I'll call them in the fall when I plan to replace the second A/C unit in my house.

"Good results.  I knew that I would have to replace everything since it was pretty old water heater and nothing up to code.  Quote was very complete, as I had read the reviews of others and knew what would be needed.  Install was quick with 2 men.  
They asked me briefly if I had a water softener and never pressured me to buy one.  
Had to ask them to walk me thru draining procedures and how to re-light pilot if needed, as well as maintenance schedule. Would recommend to others for new water heater installs....
