"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

"Our basement has been leaking forever, probably since the house was originally built. Every time it would rain hard, water would seep in between the foundation walls and basement slab. After a hard rain, I would vacuum up 15-20 gallons of water with my wet/dry vacuum. We had a landscaping and irrigation company put in french drains to deflect rainwater, which didn't help at all. I called a few local companies but none *specialized* in basement waterproofing, so I called two larger regional companies to get quotes. We called AquaGuard and BDry, and got a quote from each. Both seemed professional, both had great financing options, but BDry came in significantly lower in price. Almost half the price of AquaGuard's proposal. We went with BDry. They completed the waterproofing in about 2 days, were very professional, and cleaned up pretty well when they left. It's been over six months since we had the basement waterproofed, and we haven't had a drop of water in the basement since. Now that we are confident the basement won't leak, we started finishing the basement. Plumbers cut the concrete to move drain lines for a toilet and shower, and accidentally cut into the BDry drain lines. BDry gave me an entire section of the corrugated drain and piece to connect it so my plumber could fix it, and they didn't charge me a dime. Their service is awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone with basement waterproofing services."

"I can't say enough good things about Foundation Worx. I needed 4 helical piers installed under one side and the adjacent corner of my townhouse, and you wouldn't believe how many providers I interviewed. All came across as so unprofessional and uncaring until I had a representative from Foundation Worx come to my house. First, he was an actual engineer (with a degree!), which set him immediately apart from the others. He actually inspected the problem not just from the outside but came inside my house too and did a thorough walk through, used a laser level to assess the issue (nobody else even offered to do the same). He explained the problem in relatable terms and answered all my questions. He even walked around the block to figure out how to bring machinery to the house with the least damage to the surrounding shrubbery, grass etc. This got them my business on the spot. Very professional! The estimate was sent to me quickly, the document was clear and precise, and we agreed on the price. Their payment is done electronically, which makes it so much easier. No large amounts of cash have to be exchanged. The crew that came to do the job was super professional too and they actually were the local guys who spoke English (so rare nowadays). They were very careful with the landscaping, the driveway and were super clean. They constantly kept me informed of the progress and made me very comfortable. The job took two days instead of one as initially agreed, but in all fairness they had to drill twice deeper. When they were done, the property looked like nothing ever happened. They left everything super clean and even swept mine and neighbor's driveways. The masonry done on the outside bricks cracks was exceptional too. You can't tell that anything was done at all. They even matched the color of mortar to the original one. Also, the follow up from the company was amazing. Somebody called me every night when the work was being done to check if I was satisfied or had any questions. In conclusion these guys are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny. I'd recommend them to everybody I know."
