Our water heater kept tripping the breaker and I wasn't sure whether to call an electrician or plumber. They showed up the next day (other plumbers were 2-3 weeks out) and were able to properly diagnose the problem very quickly, despite us apparently having a hybrid water heater that they don't work on (come to find out, no one in the area is certified to work on them!). They tried to help me save money by calling about a warranty, but when I found out the warranty had expired they were able to come out the next day to install a new water heater for us.
