They are attentive to all concerns and willing to make sure you are satisfied. This is a true family operation and they have a real great family. Things that could have been done better: * I had to replace the closet fixtures, probably because they were fixed on the dry wall. * would have been better if i had choice with the shower inside the basement bathroom."

"This was an excellent experience for us. We are on a budget and Raindance was very willing to work with us by allowing us to do whatever work we could do ourselves. They jacked up the roof of the porch, removed all the old flooring and substructure and took it all to the dump, and cleaned up any mess. <br /> We (home owners) went out and bought the fir tongue and groove flooring, which took a lot of time because 9 out of 10 boards we looked at were not usable, which meant we went to multiple stores. That alone saved us money since Raindance wasn’t spending their time doing that. By working with us and allowing us to do the painting, shop for the flooring, and whatever else we were able to do ourselves, we were able to save more money <br /> <p>Raindance installed the new substructure and the tongue and groove flooring, which we (home owners) later painted. They reinstalled the original railings that I scraped and painted. Rob with Raindance repaired our columns (instead of replacing them) and he custom made new bases for the columns, because the bases we wanted were not something we could order. His custom made bases are perfect, and very well made. Raindance also custom made the skirting to our specifications, to go around below the porch. We have a limestone foundation, so the skirting boards went flush up to the wall, and they added several nice touches, such as cut outs to go around the limestone bulges, and screws so we could remove the skirting easily if we need to get underneath.<br /> Rob, the owner of Raindance Remodeling, was easy to work with and altogether was an enjoyable person to have around. The work was done in a timely manner. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the price we paid. Best of all, the front porch looks great.</p> <br />"

"Things went very well. The four-person crew was prompt, professional and and efficient. The foreman described what was going to happen and how. The concrete walkway, front step and driveway sections that had settled over time were gently lifted and leveled using a polymer foam. After the work, all of the driveway section seams were level and smooth. Very few traces of the work were left behind. We would highly recommend Badger Basement Systems."
