My wife has struggled literally her entire life with being sick and unwell and having chronic headaches and fatigue and poor sleep and mood swings and food allergies and the list goes on. After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty.
