The installation looks great with no gaps, out of line corners etc. Once here the crews stayed on the job until installation was complete. There were some minor follow up issues (damaged window screens and exterior light fixtures) that have either been remedied or in the process of doing so."

"It was great. They came out, they showed us all different kinds, and we picked out what we wanted. They came back out within two weeks. They make the windows themselves so that you don't have to go to a separate factory. It was a very nice experience. They took out literally a wall in my living room for the bay window. They had them installed. They took out the sliding glass door in my kitchen which had to be special ordered because it was originally a french door that was converted into a sliding door. They did both of them in the same day and quickly. It didn't even take the whole day. They showed up promptly and got to work right away. They were done before 2 in the afternoon. That's not even that generous on the time. They were just bam, bam, bam. I would recommend them to anybody."

"The estimate was about mid-range for the three companies that I contacted, but what determined my selection was the quality of the product ( low U-factor, solar heat gain coefficient) and the claim of their transferable lifetime warranty on parts and installation. The salesman who gave the estimate had a model of the window to demonstrate the features which was also a good selling point.
Once the contract was signed and 1/2 of the purchase price deposited the windows were delivered in about three and a half weeks.
The installers showed up at about 9 am on the date scheduled and finished at about 5:30 pm.  The windows were installed well and all operated (opened, closed and tilted out) properly.  Following final payment, the next day I did notice there were some areas where they forgot to caulk and intall a bit of flashing on.  The installation supervisor with whom I spoke was very polite and assured me the installers would return to finish my areas of concern.  That was on a Monday and they showed up on Wednesday of the same week and finished.  The quality of the work was good, but they were a little sloppy with their caulking in a few places and their clean up was good but wasn't as thorough as I would have liked, which is why I gave their "Professionalism" rating a C.

"I wish I could give 10 stars to Dale at Riverview Construction in every category â ¦ Dale is a rare find- a contractor who does what he says heâ s going to do, is meticulous about doing the job correctly and efficiently, and is very conscientious about communicating when he will be on site and what work he plans to complete for a given day or week. Weather issues not withstanding, I really appreciate the daily texts to check on how much rain impacted conditions that might prevent work. Finally Dale just has really great ideas about how to improve the final outcome of a project. I had a vision which Dale not only achieved in an impressive way but he improved the approach and also fixed a few issues left by my builder without dramatically increasing the cost. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Called and showed up the day after I purchased the package. Checked over entire roof and attic area to find source of very small water leak. Found small region on vent pipe where seal had separated, and repaired it. Very knowledgable and friendly, and did not try to sell me additional work or services. Very different from my experience with other roofers on a previous house. This was a real bargain. I will use them again if other problems occur.
