"They came out to replace the water heater about in Spring 2023. They replaced it and I had it inspected. It failed inspection. The plumber came back out after I told them and corrected it. I asked the plumber how to get it re-inspected. Are they contacting the inspector or am I supposed to? She said she would take photos and send it to the inspector. I eventually called their line asking the same question as I did ever not get anything regarding a second inspection or a sticker to validate it was inspected. I never heard back. I feel like it should not be my job to be on them to do their job. It's what they have a boss for. Regardless, it was not handled. I recommend you find someone more reputable than them that will finish the job. No inspection sticker for me despite paying for it. "

Does NOT honor their own warranties, WILL NOT service their own installs . These people are straight up criminals. Full Furnace AC replacement, not listed (on purpose ) in the work section, they continue to be shady"
