Two days after my agreeing to have the work done his crew started the complete renovation and installation of a Trane heat pump. Despite temperatures in the mid nineties the job was competed in two days. It’s only been a couple of days and so far the new system is working as expected. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

Quality of work was very poor and we have to have several areas redone. He left knowing there was a water leak under our new $1200 vanity and has not returned our calls voicing concerns about the “completed” project.
