"Great -- I have a large window (~3'x6') that sits at an angle over a garden tub that was leaking and needed to be replaced. I hired Just Stucco and Windows based on all the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. They were always prompt, professional, and polite, and did a fantastic job on the window installation as well as the stucco repair around the window -- the color and texture is such a close match to the existing stucco you can hardly tell any work was done. Unfortunately, due to the slope of the window, water collects in the recess between the window pane and the frame and has nowhere to go, so it leaked shortly after installation (where the glass meets the frame). I called James and they came out to recaulk the window. Although it hasn't rained since then, I'm not sure if it will leak again, but I'm 100% confident that if it does they will come right and to make it right. Thank you James and your staff, I will definitely call you in the future when I'm in need of window and/or stucco work."

"Our old stucco was in very bad shape and literally falling apart. My husband and I are so pleased with the beautiful new stucco Lujan & Sons applied. Since I had just been laid off from my job, they started the initial reinforcing of the old stucco and delayed finishing until we called them back months later. It was a hard job for them to do as we had security bars on the windows that they had to remove and re-install. "The owner personally met with the customer to talk about the job requirements and the price quote.  The company was ready to start within a few days of when we accepted the bid.  The crew arrived on time.  All light fixtures, downspouts, etc. on the surface of the stucco were removed.  A trench was dug all around the house to coat the existing stucco down to its base.  Repairs and patching were done.  I am a particular customer and was present during much of the work.  Any occasional oversight by the crew that I observed was easily and quickly resolved.  Any windows, rain barrels, etc. that needed to be protected from the stucco materials were well masked/covered.  The synthetic stucco color coat was applied in a two step process....first, a hard trowel application and second, a soft trowel application.  Many companies would not do both.  All patching and original defects were well covered and disappeared.  The synthetic coat always was sealed up against any window frame, door frame, etc.  After the stucco application was completed, all lights, downspouts, etc. were reinstalled.  The clean up of project trash, etc. was completed well, but not as completely as my environmental eccentricities would have desired.  But given the quality and speed of the job, I was happy to do the final picky clean up stuff myself.  The house now looks better than with the original, traditional, three layer stucco coating.  I live quite remotely, so it was decided to use a larger crew.  This saved on crew travel down time.  A crew of nine was used and the entire job was completed in three days.
The only significant problem that I found after the work was that the louvers of an attic fan would not open.  The fan had been covered/masked, but the frame of the louvers was such that even a tiny amount of stucco residue would prevent their opening.  I called the evening of the crew's last work day to report the problem.  The next morning crew arrived and quickly fixed the problem before noon.  Especially in New Mexico, work of this quality is seldom found.  The company is located about 60 miles from our home.

"I hired Advanced American Construction to repair my driveway, sidewalk, porch, and part of the garage. The cement in these areas had been raised and broken up by large cottonwood tree roots. To make everything uniform, I decided to have all the cement removed and replaced. After they removed all the cement they had to extract the tree roots (not an easy job). They re-poured all the cement and it looked incredible. They did an excellent job all around. This was a lot of cement, as the driveway is over 70 feet long. I also had them do a couple of other things (replace porch posts and corbels and run an irrigation line under the new driveway slab). The owner, George, is the nicest guy. He explained all the options available. He also didn’t ask for any payment until the job was complete (to my satisfaction). I definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future for roof and stucco repair."
