Site area was cleaned up of all debris. At this time some very minor touch up work remain. The contractor coordinator/manager Mr. Jas Singh was professional in his approach. Highly recommended."

"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. "Working with Sun Lux & Ace was a remarkable experience. We had originally met Ace at an Open House for one of his other Builds. From there, we realized we had to work with him from seeing his quality of work and expertise. Ace handled everything from assisting us in designing the home with his Architect, to submitting the plans and all amendments, to expediting the permits, to delivering an end product that we are extremely happy with. He was kind enough to guide us in upgrades that weren’t originally part of our original scope of work that made sense and told us to stay away from certain products/design choices that were a waste. On top of that, he was extremely respectful and understanding throughout the entire process. We always felt we were in safe hands with Ace and his team. Looking forward to building another one with him within the next year."
