The job itself presented many challenges, but Dean was undaunted. He figured out solutions at every turn and put in the extra time and effort that were required to get this job done. Dean's expertise cannot be overstated. I have to add that the customer service of the front office is top-notch. I spoke mostly with Ron and Sydney, and they were both friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

He also installed a huge picture window in my kitchen for half the price of Anderson. His employees did a fabulous job, the window took time and clearly they were professionals. If I had any questions at all, I was able to call the owner directly and address minor issues which were resolved the next day. Highly recommend Windstar.
