"The quality of work was SUPERB. What should have taken less than six months took over two and a half years!! Workers showed up whenever know communication from the GC. GC rarely came to the job site to monitor the work. Responsiveness to text, calls, and emails was almost nonexistent; only when picking up payment, would I be given one day's notice. I want this project to be over so I do not have to deal with this company ever again. I've lost so much money I can't even explain how stressful this project was. Buyer Beware! Empty promises time and time again. If you don't mind your project taking forever, they will do a good job. The only assurance as a homeowner is that the County comes in to inspect the work at the end of each phase."

"Josh and crew were tremendous! They went above and beyond for all of my renovation needs. They turned a house leaving a lot to be desired, and made it into our dream home. I can?t imagine going through this process without his expertise. He made everything simple, and in a timely manner. He finished the project when he said it would be done. "I paid Mr Charlie Hippie of Cardinal Construction & Roofing INC $9000.00 on August 26th 2021. He promised to start work in 2 weeks. Which was supposed to be on September 9 2021. He never did. I called him every week for 4 weeks and all he kept doing was giving me excuses upon excuses. He was supposed to finish my basement for my sick mother in Law to use as treatment. I am still trying to reach him as I write this review but he has refused to pick his phone call or respond to my messages."

"We were very nervous to hire a contractor but we are so glad that we did. Calvin and his crew were awesome. Very professional and courteous. Calvin was great about responding to calls and texts. He gave some suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Our deck has never looked better. We have our next job lined up and are talking about a couple more. We highly recommend MWR. They were worth every penny."
