Stressed, I called Dennis. He calmly walked me through the remediation and repair process and advised me that he could send his team to our home to begin work within the hour. Dennis is a man of his word! His team came to our house promptly and they worked diligently to mitigate the damages. Dennis and his team were exceptional. "The workers arrived on time and got down to work quickly after I explained my areas of concern re the sofa. One area really looked bad and they started the work but then after a while they told me it was going to be difficult and they might not be able to do as good a job as I might be pleased with. They continued working on the rest of the sofa but one of them continued to work on the stain. It is an off white sofa so everything is noticeable. After they finished they showed me the completed job. The stain was barely visible and after they explained that perhaps some kind of dye from fabrics might have rubbed off onto the fabric of the sofa, I knew they were right. The sofa is used constantly, especially that area and it had not been cleaned in about 5 years. It is now clean and looks beautiful and the stain is not really noticeable. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them highly."

"These people are impossible to deal with. They said they weren't sure if they could clean the part of the rug that was stained and they couldn't guarantee that my rug wouldn't run. (It's been cleaned before. Didn't run at all.) The price they quoted was pretty high and didn't include blocking the rug. Blocking doubled price to over $800. On top of that, after it's cleaned, they charge you to lay the rug back down. I decided not to have them clean the rug. There were too many issues and they gave me no confidence in their ability to do a good job. They said they would charge $87 for not cleaning the rug. They gave me a 5 hour window to bring the rug back. I stayed home and waited for them. They left the rug with the doorman. When I called to ask why I had to wait 4 hours if they weren't going to lay the rug, they said they charge an additional $32.50 to lay the rug. The only good thing about this company are the really nice, professional guys who deliver the rugs. (I paid the $32.50.) My advice - go elsewhere."
