"Ali's, (the owner) men showed up when they said they would. This was my daughter's condo. I got there a half hour before the men came. I found that my daughter didn't take the cover off the compressor. I called Ali to tell him what I found. He said his men were 5 minutes away and let them look at it. If that is all it is he would wave the service charge. After checking out the unit thoroughly they determined that the cover was the problem. The air was blowing cold. As Ali promised there was no service charge. It is refreshing to do business with a man of integrity. Not only will I call him for my daughter's unit but he gained a customer in me. His reviews are outstanding and now I know why."

"They did a good job I had a tenant complain about the shower not being hot and the water heaters getting sandy, they changed the shower cartridge and didn't find anything to "fix" on the heater so I think they are pretty honest, small company not with alot of overhead to OVERCHARGE you. They do the work that's requested and don't make more up."

They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."
