"Although the crew was friendly and arrived promptly, I have to say that the overall quality of the job was, at the most, mediocre. I had to step in and ask them to correct a couple of blunders while they were there. In many places the job was rushed: The vertical boards were not straight, did not overlap in same places, and the gate boards did not touch each other so that there where considerable gaps between them. When I called and voiced my disappointment, I was told that someone would come out to have a look, and it happened. It was admitted that the job had not been done at the best and I was promised that someone would come to fix the problems. After two weeks, finally someone came, but the fence does not look better now than it did when the job was completed, and on top of that I now have a splintered, cracked horizontal board that I do not know how long will last before falling apart. In hindsight, I should have probably stayed out there with the crew for the whole time, to make sure that the job would be done properly, but I did not think that was necessary, because I was relying on them to be through. This company is not the cheapest on the market, and the quality of the craftsmanship does not reflect the price I paid for the job. I would not recommend them. Live and learn…"
