No matter how many times I called or questions asked, Earl was always pleasant and willing to assist me in narrowing down my options. Bradley came to do the repairs, and provided outstanding service. He explained each step of the repair process, discussed the options/results and offered new product suggestions. He researched all the switches to ensure each worked, replaced lighting in the living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, outside lighting and bedroom outlets. He attention to detail and pride in his work clearly showed. This may not be the cheapest option, but the quality of work and level of customer experience out weighed the cost. I have a peace of mind that my all the wiring is safe. And I LOVE MY NEW LIGHTS!!!"

"Today we had a major upgrade to our farm. Our cabin and tool shed had electricity but our new feed shed didn't. We also only had a few outlets just to run basic things. "Not an emergency, but I was in a pickle. Melissa was quick to respond to my request. Rather than take advantage of me, she jumped into action to see if she could make things happen. Within 15 minutes I had a price-range and an arrival within a few hours. I do have to knock off .5 stars as the switch and cover plate that were installed against my pure white backsplash are off-white. "Jackson EMC did their part in the cut off of the power and removing the powerlines from the mask on top of my house they dug the ditch and put new wire down the pole and to the house. My electrician, Mr. Edwards install the new meter box and breaker box, he also helped me remove and install siding behind the meter box.
