"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"We love our new bathroom! We originally had an old whirlpool type tub which was never used. In fact, I spent more time keeping it clean from all the debris that would leak through the whirl vents than I did the shower. The original shower was built with a mystery that even the contractors at Limitless couldn't figure out why it was built so high from the floor. We all wondered why; was there some big rock they couldn't dig out so they just built the old shower up and over it. Our biggest fear was someone tripping over the ledge on their way in or out of the shower. The big mystery turned out to be some idiotic idea of the original builder. Oh, and the entire bathroom was still in its original pink tile...yuck! Limitless' first crew (Ukraine) ripped out the tub and shower, removed all the flooring and towel racks and light fixtures. The second crew (Hispanic)came and removed the old wallpaper, repaired any holes,then painted the walls and borders. The third crew (American) installed the actual glass shower portion. I mention the different backgrounds of the crew only because I want it to be known that every one of these crew members spoke English, and were very personable and respectful. Sometimes we'd have to remind ourselves to stop talking with them and let them get back to work. The only con I have has nothing to do with Limitless or the crews; but the dust was over whelming at times. But it was worth it. Our bathroom is so open and roomy, and we really can't say enough about it. Thanks to all the Limitless folks, including Kiki who was our go-between at the office. Every one of them earned an triple A rating."

"Our house flooded from a toilet supply line break in our master bathroom. It took several weeks meeting with different contractors and restoration groups before finding John. He came highly recommended for his expertise and attention to detail. From the first consult with him we were super impressed and truly felt comfortable allowing him to lead the renovation. He helped coach us through issues with insurance, and the remediation company and always had our best interest in the forefront. Once work finally began (delays because of insurance) he constantly had work being done. He was always in frequent, almost daily, communication. There were so many details that he just handled. Each time I would have a question and call him he already had it taken care of! There were a few issues along the way that John handled super professionally and did it “right” rather than cutting corners. Our house was completely transformed and we could not be happier with the quality of work. John stuck with us for the duration of about 6 months and we are so grateful to have worked with him. John is now a wonderful friend and resource to have for our future!"

"I have been battling water intrusion through windows for nearly two years. I have been through two other contractors who had various strategies but could not resolve the issues. Nico and his team but a systematic plan in place of water testing and working on one window at a time. The found the water source of each window leak. Some of the scalloped siding was incorrectly overlapping. They identified the defective siding, sometimes it was way away from the actual leaking window and replaced it. At every step they showed me exactly what was happening and how they would fix it - and they did. Nico and his guys are great. They are professional, thorough and most importantly honest. Oh, and Kristina is one of the most responsive and organized people I have worked with. She is a great point of contact."
