It turns out that they all have slipcovers and Will and his supervisor suggested I take them to a dry cleaner rather than charge me to clean them as they felt this would be a better option. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO HAVE A COMPANY REPRESENTED BY SUCH HONEST WORKERS WITH INTEGRITY! Instead, I asked them to clean my carpets upstairs ( which I was planning on doing in the future anyways) without having to reschedule. A great experience."

The company’s owner came on site to be sure we were satisfied with the work. The owner returned in a few days to remove a phone jack outlet that we overlooked.
