"The painting job was very well done, the crew was punctual, very nice guys. We saw the owner, Craig, when he came to assess the scope of work and he came when the job was done. He noticed some small issues (paint on downspouts) and he was going to do more work on a window sill. We also asked him to give us a quote on some interior work, he took notes, told me what a great job they could do and he would get back with a quote and price. None of that happened. Craig is a personable guy but he is not responsive. I have called the office, his cell and left an email. Nothing. Radio silence. If he doesn't want the job, is too busy to do the smaller job, just say no so everyone can move on. I would have like to work with them again but now I have to start all over again finding someone else and losing time."
